Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #And they shall not teach every man his neighbor and every man his brother, saying know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. Hebrews 8:11

Christmas is about Jesus and the knowledge of Lord shall fill the earth. No one will have to teach his brother or neighbor about Jesus. He is before all things, ahead of all things, and completes all things. So celebrate Jesus for He is worthy of our praises. Yes the greatest shall be a child.

  • #For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind and write them in their hearts and I will be to them a God and they shall be to me a people. Heb.8:10

As we celebrate Christmas let us thank God for Jesus for He is the Mediator of the New Covenant shed in His blood. Now we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. God bless you to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.

  • #For all this I considered in my heart even to declare all this, that this righteous and the wise and their works are in the hand of God: no man knows either love or hatred by all that is before them. Ecclesiastes 9:1

This Christmas season, let the love of God guide you and not hatred of your enemies. For God commended His love toward us, in that while we were sinners, Christ died for the ungodly. Therefore, the righteous and wise are in the hand of God. It is a fearful thing to fall from the hands of love. God is love and has commanded us to love one another, as He has loved us.

  • #Upon the first day of the week, let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gathering when I come. I Cor. 16:2

Tithing is not required, as we are not under the Levitical Law of the Torah, but under grace. Paul, therefore wanted the believers to set aside a portion of their income as God had prospered them to share with the saints. Christmas is not the only time to give gifts, but it is good that it falls on a Sunday this year. Give and it shall be given unto you, pressed down, and shaken together.

  • #It is mandatory that all computers have access to virus protection software to protect against hackers. This is a national security alert that must be instituted to protect Americans from identity theft. Write to your congressmen about this subject matter and the scope of the problem if it is not corrected.

  • #But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed Him that had the promises. Heb. 7:6

Tithing is not required of the Church, this was an Old Testament principle to take care of the Priest, widows, orphans, and the poor. God has required that on the first day of the week, that we lay aside an amount in keeping with our income to give. For the Lord loves a cheerful giver. That is what Christmas is all about God giving His greatest gift Jesus Christ for us, and we should give our best gift which is our true love, devotion, and service to one another.

  • #Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east and are come to worship Him. Matt. 2:1,2

Wise men still seek Jesus. As Numbers 24:17 had pointed the Magi to the Messiah. We thank God for scripture that points us to the Messiah today. Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, and call upon Him while He is near. For there is coming a day when He will not be found.

  • #And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you when I smite the land of Egypt. And this day shall be unto you for a memorial and ye shall keep  it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance forever. Exodus 12:13,14

Praise God Christmas is the completion of the promise of Jesus being the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Praise Him that when the Father sees the Blood, He passes over and credits us with the righteousness of Christ.

  • #Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling and present you faultless before the presence of His glory  with exceeding joy To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and ever Amen Jude 1:24,25

Praise God this Christmas season and keep yourselves in the love of God. For the only wise God, who has all the glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and forever will keep you from falling into the trap of the enemy. In as much as possible be at peace with all men and follow holiness.

  • #Mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied. Jude 1

Christmas time is about peace, yet in so many families, they are not at peace. Strife must end, and peace on Earth must begin. Imagine a life of mercy, peace, and love multiplied. That is what God has called us unto. Be at peace with all men, and follow holiness, for without holiness, no man will see the Lord.
