A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

#Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptible and we shall be changed. This introduces us to the doctrine of the Rapture, which is not preached much these days. As preachers are divided on pre-tribe, post-tribe and do not like to stir in controversy in their sermons. Paul is the first apostle to teach on the Rapture and it was a mystery in the Old testament. Enoch was taken and was a form of the rapture, yet it was not called so because his body was not changed. Though he escaped death, some feel that God will use him again in the tribulation as one of the two witnesses. In the Rapture, a generation of people will not see death, for the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, at the last trumpet. The dead shall be raised first, then those who are alive will be changed in a moment. Quicker than you can blink your eyes, for this corruptible will put on incorruption and this mortal will put on immortality. Then shall be the saying Death is swallowed in victory for we will be in heaven forever with the Lord and our loved ones. What a glorious thought for it could happen at any moment. So we must be ready, for when we think not the Lord may come. We must stay full of the Holy Ghost every moment for the Lord could call us home when we least expect it. Warn your loved ones to repent and prepare for the coming of the Lord every day now. It is my prayer that even so come, Lord Jesus, to call Come up hither.
#The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is earthy, such are they also that are earthy and as is heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now, this I say, brethren, that flesh, and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherits incorruption. I Cor. 15:47-50
Thank God that when we die, we are of the earth, earthy. The second man is the Lord from heaven, for as we have borne an earthy image, now we shall bear a heavenly image of the Lord. Just as Jesus when he was resurrected he did not have flesh and blood and we too will not have flesh and blood. For flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, neither doth corruption inherits incorruption. We will be totally like Jesus, for as he told Thomas to reach thither and touch me, as a spirit hath not flesh and bones. We shall be able to fly on clouds, walk through walls what a joy that will be in our glorified bodies.
#All flesh is not the same flesh, but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes and another of birds. There are also celestial bodies and bodies terrestrial, but the glory of the celestial is one and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is the glory of the sun and another glory of the moon and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body and there is a spiritual body. And so it is written, the first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. I Cor. 15:39-45
It is glorious to know that when we are resurrected we will not come back as an animal or some other creature, but we will have a spiritual body. It will look like our natural body, but it will be a celestial body. The body will look like Jesus as he is the quickening spirit. We too will live forever in heaven with our loved ones praising God for sending his Son into the world to save us from our sins. We will be perfect in our heavenly bodies able to have flesh and bones, yet still, walk through walls. Thank God for the resurrection and we must not sorrow as those who have no hope, for Jesus is our blessed hope.
#But now is Christ risen from the dead and become the firstfruits of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. I Cor. 15:20,22
Thank God for allowing us to see 2020 and all because Christ is risen from the dead. He is the firstfruits of the dead, for as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. To those who lost loved ones in the Church shootings, there will be a resurrection from the dead both of the just and of the unjust. There is coming a day when all in the grave will hear His voice, those that have been dead and done good, to the resurrection of the just, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of the unjust.
#And the devil that deceived them was cast into the Lake of fire and brimstone, where the Beast and false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever. Rev.20:10
With hate groups and domestic terrorism on the rise in America, along with the devil they will be cast alive into the Lake of fire where they will be tormented forever. If you want to be saved from this terrible judgment then repent and turn to love and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved. No one who is a hater will go to heaven, you must repent and have faith in God.
#And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last, of all, he was seen of me also, as one born out of due time. For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. I Cor. 15:5-9
Paul is the author of the book of Corinthians and he is dogmatic about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. As he points out the certainty of the resurrection as he was first seen of Cephas, then of the twelve. After that, he was seen for five hundred brethren at once. Now you could say one person may not be true about an event, but not five hundred. Then he was seen by James, then of all the apostles. Then last of all he was seen of me, as one born out of due season. Paul was born on the Damascus road experience and before then he persecuted the church. That is why he said he was the least of the apostles. Thank God for this report for it assures us of the accuracy of the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
#Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved if ye keep in memory what I preached unto to you unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. I Cor. 15:1-4
Paul received the gospel on the Damascus road experience and he preached it to everyone. The gospel stands on these three tenets: Christ died for our sins, Christ was buried, and Christ rose again on the third day according to the scriptures. This is why we celebrate Christmas because it took the virgin birth for him to do all those things. In his Hypostatic union, he was very God of God and very man of man. So we are saved by believing these three truths.
#And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill toward all men. Luke 2:13,14
At the birth of Jesus, there were shepherds abiding in the field and a heavenly host of angels started to praise God. Saying Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill toward all men on which his favor stood. May we advance the peace of God this Christmas Season too by loving God with all our hearts and our neighbor as thyself.
#For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
Jesus is the child that is born to us and the son that is given to us. The government shall be on his shoulder. We shall call him Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace, and all our Savior of the world. Now salvation is given to all just receive him into your heart this Christmas Season. For he indeed is the reason for our joy and comfort this Holiday Season.

This is how the Savior of the world would be born into the world in such a humble manner, as shepherds abiding in the field keeping watch over their flock by night. Then the angel of the Lord came upon them and the glory of the Lord shone round about them, thus they were sore afraid. We too need to be afraid this Christmas Season, for many have not accepted Jesus as their Personal Savior. Behold he stands at the door knocking and if any man will open the door he will come in and sup with you bringing salvation to your household.
