Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #And as they spake unto the people, the priests and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them, Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. Acts 4:1,2

Peter and John had come into conflict with the priests and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees because they preached the resurrection from the dead. The Sadducees did not believe in the resurrection and the priest, as well as the captain of the temple, were plotting what to do with them because the people were believing them. As we celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles, let us remember the blessing that comes from the Sukkot as we are pilgrims as well as strangers in this world, and all those nations that refuse to celebrate the feasts will have drought as well as destruction. Let us consider Peter and John they were unlearned as well as ignorant. Yet they had been with Jesus and they could not help but speak what they had seen as well as heard. We are the beneficiaries of their testimony and we too must obey God when the law of man conflicts with our testimony. I thank God that Jesus is coming soon to bring the Kingdom of God upon the earth for everlasting peace. Let us seek those things that bring peace and walk in holiness, for without holiness no man will see the Lord.

  • #Ye are the children of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. Acts 3:25

Peter reminds the Israelites that they are the children of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with our fathers saying unto Abraham. Gen. 12:3, 22:18 It is because of this that they are the chosen people whom God will reveal His Son, and they are going to be the vehicle that God will bless thy seed through all the kindreds of the earth. Thank God for this covenant for all those that bless Israel shall be blessed and those that curse Israel shall be cursed. It is therefore unto you first God, having raised up His Son Jesus, sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. So rejoice in the Lord that salvation is of the Jews for the Savior of the world has come through them. We must walk in love toward all the Israelites and condemn all anti-semitism in the world.

  • #Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. Acts 3:24

Samuel is famous for saying speak Lord for thy servant listens and all the prophets have spoken about the Messiah. We must listen as we approach the Holy Days of the Feast of Tabernacles which the Jews observe in late September 20 for seven days. As Zach. 14:16 Tells us that in the kingdom of God all the nations will observe this feast and those nations that do not go to Jerusalem to observe this feast a plague and a drought shall be upon them. This is very prophetic and as we are seeing a worldwide plague of the coronavirus pandemic. It is time that the Christian church starts to observe these feasts so that the Messiah will have mercy on us all. Sukkot is the celebration symbolizing that the nation Israel when liberated from Egypt lived in booths on the earth. For we are pilgrims and strangers in this world. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness then all these things will be added to you.

  • #For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; He shall ye hear in all things whatsoever He shall say unto you. Acts 3:22

Peter tells the people of Israel what the prophets said about the Lord Jesus Christ, through Moses that the Messiah would come from their brethren, and all who will not hear him will be destroyed. Jesus fulfilled this prophesy as He is the prophet, priest, and King.

  • #And He shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. Acts 3:20,21

God the Father sent Jesus Christ the Son, which was preached unto you, whom the heaven received until the times of restitution of all things, which was the apostolic age and the Church consisting of Jews and Gentiles, which was spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began. We are living in the Church Age of Grace and it will end in the rapture of the Church. Then the 70th week of years of Daniel's prophecy shall come to pass with the tribulation, then after seven years, the Millennial Kingdom shall come to pass. The devil will be locked up in the abyss falling for one thousand years, then he will be loosed for a short season to deceive the nations again. God will cause fire to come down from heaven to destroy all the rebellious ones. Then the final Judgment of the Great White Throne where whose name that is not found in the book of life shall be cast into the lake of Fire. This is the restitution that will take place and God will create a new heaven and earth and the New Jerusalem shall come down to earth. We will live there forever enjoying the kingdom of God forever.

  • #Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; Acts 3:19

Peter tells the Israelites to repent and be converted that your sins may be blotted out by the blood of Jesus, the Messiah so that a time of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord when He comes to make restitution of all things. The heavens have received the Savior but He is coming again to take vengeance on those who obey not this gospel. For the Jews shall be trodden down by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles shall come to an end. Now is the day of Salvation when you hear His voice hearken and turn from your sins so they may be blotted out. This time of refreshing will come when the Lord Jesus Christ sets up His kingdom in Jerusalem. We will be celebrating the most Holy Day at sundown: Yom Kippur which is a time to make restitution for the sins that you have committed by doing good deeds. Just like Zacchaeus did when he said if I have defrauded any man I will restore sevenfold. Then Jesus said behold salvation has come to your house.

  • #And His name through faith in His name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Acts 3:16

The faith of this lame man in the Lord Jesus Christ has made him strong to walk in the presence with perfect soundness in all of you. This is the same faith that we must have in the Lord to see us through this pandemic and climate change. With hurricanes, and tropical storms we are in the midst of perilous times. Many people have lost power and are in the dark, I pray that you will not have to suffer much longer. I cried out to God in prayer to not let this storm destroy us all. I am thankful that the Lord has heard our prayers and lessened the severity of the storms. We can sympathize with those in Lousiana who went through hurricane Ida and now the God of all comfort consoles us all in our troubles.

  • #But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you and killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. Acts 3:14,15

Peter tells the people of Israel you denied the Holy One and the Just rather for a murderer to go free: then killed the Prince of life, the Lord Jesus Christ, whom God raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses. This is why they are the called apostles because they were eyewitnesses to His majesty. Anyone who is claiming to be an apostle today must tell when did they see Jesus. If they did not see Jesus then they cannot be an apostle. We are His disciples who are learners and we have the Holy Spirit in us who bears witness to us of this fact. So we can be assured of these things and tell people everywhere to repent turn to Jesus Christ for salvation while He is still near. We are living in the Age of Grace and this will end at the rapture of the Church which is imminent.

  • #The God of Abraham and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified His Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up and denied Him in the presence of Pontus Pilate when he was determined to let Him go. Acts 3:13

Thank the Lord for all the military members that are joining us today and if you sign up which is free, I will talk to you about our Bible study this morning. The God of our fathers the patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob whom the Israelites rejected the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ whom Pontus Pilate was going to let free, instead let the murderer go free, healed this lame man who had faith in Him.  We as a nation need to repent of our national sins and return to the God of our fathers to faith in the Son so that we can be healed of this climate change that is destroying our world. If you will just believe in the Lord Jesus Christ your household will be saved. All it takes is childlike faith. Just say Lord be merciful to me a sinner and into your hands, I commend my spirit. Who shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. If you have done this then I will be happy to welcome you into the household of faith. So just reach out to me and let everyone know that you have just accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior.

  • #And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man walk? Acts 3:12

This is the twentieth anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, when America was attacked and we will never forget! We thank God that it was not by our great power or holiness that we overcame this attack but it was by the grace of God that we have not been attacked again.  Just as Peter had to remind the men and women of Israel that it was not by our power or holiness that this lame man is walking. It is because of his great faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that this lame man got up and walked. Praising God for this great act of faith. We pray for all the families of the fallen on Sept. 11 and all the soldiers who died in the twenty-year war. Now is the time to move on as a nation with our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith. We must never forget that it is not by power, or might but by the Spirit of the Lord that we overcome this world. Now we must repent of our sins and turn to faith in Jesus Christ for the salvation of our souls. May God bless you to do that and if you want me to pray with you then text: 832-392-7729
