Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #He hath filled me with bitterness,  he hath made me drunken with wormwood. Lamentations 3:15

The Hebrew word for wormwood is Laanah; meaning hemlock. From an unused root supposed to mean to curse; wormwood (regarded as poisonous, and therefore accursed) Amos 5:7,8 Ye who turn judgment to wormwood and leaves off righteousness in the earth. Seek Him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is His name. Jehovah God is the one we must seek with all our hearts and minds. For He alone is the One who can impart righteousness with the blood of Jesus. Let us call out Jehovah, Jehovah Almighty God fill us with your righteousness in Jesus's name Amen!

  • #I was a derision to all my people and their songs all day. Lamentations 3:14

The Hebrew word for derision is Sechoq; meaning laughter, and sport. Jeremiah 20:7 O LORD, thou hast deceived me and I was deceived: thou art stronger than I, and hast prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocketh me. Jeremiah has become the sport and laughter of all the people for preaching the truth to them. It reminds me of Paul asking the Galatians" Have I become your enemy because I tell you the truth?" We are as ministers often mocked for speaking the truth to the congregation, but Jeremiah feels like God has deceived him because He is stronger than him. We must not accuse Jehovah God of such a thing as He has told us forever His Word is settled in heaven.  We must speak the truth in love, and pray for the Word of God to land on good soil. We are not responsible for the gospel, for the Holy Spirit is the one who takes the things of Christ and makes them real to the people. We must be humble and repentant as we preach the word of God and look for God to move among His people as the Word of God is preached in demonstration and power. May the words of my mouth, and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O Lord my redeemer.

  • #He hath caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins. Lamentations 3:13

The Hebrew word for quiver is Ashpah; meaning arrows; from the same as Ashshaph (in the sense of coverings) or arrow case Job 39:23 The quiver rattleth against him, the glittering spear and the shield. Job was perplexed at his trials as he is talking about the horse has been given strength, and his rider hast thou clothed his neck with thunder? Jeremiah is perplexed too at how the hand of the Almighty has been allowing the enemy to quiver into my reins. God is perfect and holy in all His ways and He does not have to explain to us why we are allowed to go through the trials in life that we go through. We too must repent in sackcloth and ashes as Job did and give God the glory. For God alone is worthy of all our praises and we see how He used the lightning as His quiver. And let us rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice in His goodness for He does all things well.

  • #And when these things begin to come to pass then look up and lift your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:28

The Greek word for redemption is Apolytrosis; meaning a release effected by payment of ransom. From a compound of Apo and Lutron; (the act) ransom in full, i.e. (figuratively) riddance, Christian salvation. Colossians 1:14 In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Thank God Jesus paid it all on the cross, and now all our sins have been atoned for and we are forgiven.  We can look up at the eclipse and know that soon Jesus will come riding on the clouds with salvation. Until then make sure you are wearing your Eclipse glasses to protect your eyes. There are going to be many things happening in the 1st. heaven, so we should look up and remember that Jesus put these things, the sun, moon, and stars up there for signs and seasons. Thank God for the Solar Eclipse, and enjoy, for soon and very soon we will be going home.  Men's hearts failing them for fear and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken, and then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud, with power and great glory.

  • #He hath bent his bow and set me as a mark for the arrow. Lamentations 3:12

The Hebrew word for arrow is Chets; meaning a piercer; the shaft of a spear. Genesis 49:23 The archers have sorely grieved him and shot at him and hated him. Joseph is a fruitful bough even a fruitful bough by the well, whose branches run over the wall. But his bow abode in strength and the arms of his hands were made strong by the God of Jacob. Ever by the God of thy father, who shall help thee. and by the Almighty who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under the blessings of the breast, and of the womb. The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills  they shall be on the head of Joseph and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren. Jesus told us that the servant is no greater than the Master, for they hated Me, and they will hate you.

  • 4.7 Earthquake in New Jersey our prayers are for everyone to be safe. There will be earthquakes in diverse places so we must look up for our redemption draweth nigh. Matthew 24:7

  • #He hath turned aside my ways and pulled me in pieces: he hath made me desolate. Lamentations 3:11

The Hebrew word for desolate is Shamem; meaning to stun, devastate, or stupefy; Job 17:5-8 He that speaks flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail. He hath made me also a byword of the people and aforetime I was as a tabret. Mine eye also is dim because of sorrow and all my members are as a shadow. Upright men shall be astonied at this and the innocent shall stir up himself against the hypocrite. Jeremiah is as Job as he is stunned at the rebuke of the Lord and feels devastated at the sorrow of the Israelites. Let us pray for upright men to stir up themselves against the hypocrite. For God hears the prayers of the righteous, but the wicked He will not hear their prayers. Soon the Lord will come and put an end to all the wickedness of this world, and we will be able to rejoice in the kingdom of God forever. For righteousness shall run down as a mighty river and the hypocrite will be no more,

  • #He was unto me as a bear lying in wait and as a lion in secret places. Lamentations 3:10

The Hebrew word for secret places is Mistar; meaning a hiding place. From Cathar; a concealer, I.e. A covert. Habakkuk 3:14 Thou didst strike through with his staves the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly. The Lord is a buckler for the poor and He will defend them when the wicked hide in secret places to destroy them. O let us magnify the Lord together for He has saved His servant from destruction.

  • #He hath inclosed my ways with hewn stone, He hath made my paths crooked. Lamentations 3:9

The Hebrew word for crooked is Avah; meaning to bend or twist. pervert, do perversely A primitive root, to crook, literally or figuratively (as follows) to do amiss, or do wrong. Isaiah 21:3 Therefore are my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it. Jehovah God has hemmed Israel in with a hewn stone and allowed all her paths to be crooked. This is what the thief on the cross said to the other thief, we have done wickedly, but this man has nothing amiss. Then he asked Lord when you come into your kingdom, remember me? Then Jesus replied this day thou shalt be with Me in Paradise. What a Savior, who looked beyond my faults, and saw my need. No matter what you have done, your sin though it was a scarlet, shall be as wool. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved, and thine house. Acts 16:31

  • #Also when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer. Lamentations 3:8

The Hebrew word for shutteth is Satham; meaning to stop up, to repair, to keep secret. Ezekiel 28:3 Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee. Jehovah God will keep our prayers secret when we are not walking in the will of the Lord. Daniel was the wisest man to live, and he knew it was because it is God who reveals secrets to his servants, and those that that do his will. Thus saith the Lord GOD, because thine heart is lifted, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God. Humble thyself unto the mighty hand of God, and in due time He will exalt thee. If we ask anything according to His will, then God will hear us, and answer our prayer. The prayers of a righteous man avail much.
