A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving and tell of thy wondrous works. LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house and the place where thine honor dwelleth. Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men: In whose hands is mischief and their right hand is full of bribes. But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me and be merciful unto me. My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregation will I bless the LORD. Psalm 26:7-12

David wants to publish the voice of thanksgiving and wondrous works of Jehovah God. How he has loved the place of His habitation, where His honor dwells. Then David asks Jehovah God to protect him from bloody men in whose right hand is full of bribes. As for me, O thou great Jehovah I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me and be merciful unto me. Do not walk as other men do as men-pleasers, but do the will of the Lord all the days of your life.

  • #Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide. Examine me, O LORD and prove me: try my reins and my heart. For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes and I have walked in thy truth. I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers. I have hated the congregation of evildoers and will not sit with the wicked. I will wash my hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD. Psalm 26:1-6

Jehovah alone will judge me, for I have walked in mine integrity and have trusted in Him, therefore, I shall not slide. Thine lovingkindness is before mine eyes and I have walked in thy truth. I hate the congregation of evildoers and will not sit with the wicked. Thank you, Lord, for I can wash my hands in innocence. Now I will compass thine altar O thou great Jehovah. Trust ye in Jehovah for ever for in Him is everlasting peace.

  • #The secret of the LORD is with them that fear Him and He will show them His covenant. Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for He shall pluck my feet out of the net. Turn thee unto me and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted. The troubles of mine heart are enlarged, O bring thou me out of my distresses. Look upon my affliction and my pain and forgive all my sins. Consider mine enemies; for they are many and they hate me with a cruel hatred. O keep my soul and deliver me, let me not be ashamed for I put my trust in thee. Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait on thee. Redeem Israel, O God out of all his troubles. Psalm 25:14-22

The secret of Jehovah is with them that fear Him, therefore my eyes are ever toward Him for He alone shall pluck my feet out of the net. Thank you for looking upon my affliction and forgiving my sins. O keep my soul and deliver me let me not be ashamed for I trust in your integrity and uprightness to preserve me. Yes God shall redeem Israel out of all his troubles.

  • #Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercy thou me for thy goodness sake, O LORD. Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will He teach sinners in the way. The meek will He guide in judgment and the meek will He teach in His way. All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep His covenant and His testimonies. For thy name's sake O LORD, pardon mine iniquity; for it is great. What man is he that feareth the LORD? he shall He teach in the way that He shall choose. His soul shall dwell at ease and his seed shall inherit the earth. Psalm 25:7-13

David cries out to Jehovah God not to remember the sins of his youth and to remember mercy and truth for his goodness sake. Thank God that He pardons all our iniquity, for it is great. The meek will Jehovah guide in judgment and teach His way that He shall choose. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my pathway. Thank God that the footsteps of a just man are ordered by the Lord and though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast out.

  • #Unto thee, O LORD do I lift up my soul. O my God I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me. Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. Show me thy ways, O LORD teach me thy paths. Lead me in thy truth and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. Remember, O LORD, thy tender mercies and thy loving kindnesses: for they have been ever of old. Psalm 25:1-6

Unto thee O great Jehovah do I put my trust, let me not be ashamed for waiting on thee. Teach me thy paths and lead me in thy truth for thou art my salvation. Remember thy tender mercies and all thy loving-kindnesses toward me. For thou art a God of justice and mercy,

  • #This is the generation of them that seek Him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah. Lift up your heads O ye gates and be ye lifted up ye everlasting doors and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates even lift them up ye everlasting doors and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah. Psalm 24:6-10

Give Jehovah God all the glory for He is this king of glory that shall come in. Praise Him today and forever more for He alone is worthy of all our praises.

  • #The earth is the LORD's and the fulness thereof: the world and they that dwell therein. For He hath founded it upon the seas and established it upon the floods. Who can ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in His holy place? He that hath clean hands and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the LORD and righteousness from the God of his salvation. Psalm 24:1-5

Next time you wonder who owns it all, remember this verse the whole earth belongs to Jehovah God. Then think who can ascend into the hill of Jehovah he that hath clean hands and has not sworn deceitfully. He, it is that shall receive the blessing from Jehovah God and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

  • #( A Psalm of David. ) The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:1-6

David penned the words to this Psalm at a difficult time in his life when he found out how Jehovah God provided for all of his needs. God lead him beside the still waters. When he walked through the valley of the shadow of death, he feared no evil. That is because death is a shadow to the child of God, it may scare us, but it cannot harm us. Then David saw that surely goodness and mercy followed him all the days of his life and that he would dwell in the house of Jehovah God forever.

  • #For the kingdom is the LORD's and He is governor among the nations. All they that be fat upon the earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before Him and none can keep alive his own soul. A seed shall serve Him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. They shall come and shall declare His righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that He hath done this. Psalm 22:28-31

Jehovah God shall be governor among the nations and all they that be fat upon the earth shall eat and worship: all that go down to the dust shall bow before Him. A seed shall serve Him; it shall be accounted to the Lord Jesus Christ for a generation. A generation not yet born will have His righteousness declared unto them. O come and praise the Lord with me.

  • #For He hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath He hid His face from him; but when he cried unto Him He heard. My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay the vows before them that fear Him.The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek Him: your heart shall live forever. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD a4nd all kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. Psalm 22:24-27

David cries out the meek shall eat and be satisfied. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to Jehovah God. All kindreds of the nations shall worship before Him because of what Jesus did for us upon the cross. For the kingdom is the LORD's and He is the governor among the nations.
