Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #Let destruction come upon him unawares and let the net that he had hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall. And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in His salvation. All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which delivereth the poor from him that is too strong for him. yea the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him? False witnesses did rise up they laid to my charge, things that I knew not. They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul. But as for you when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting and my prayer returned into mine own bosom. I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother. Psalm 35:8-14

Jehovah God is so faithful that He protects the poor and the needy from those too strong for him. The net which the wicked have hidden will be used to catch them. As they rewarded me evil for good, for when he was sick, I was like a friend or a brother. Yes, I bowed down heavily as one that mourns at the death of his mother. Thank God that He never leaves or forsakes us and is with us until the end of the age.

  • #(A Psalm of David.)Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me. Take hold of shield and buckler and stand up for mine help. Draw out also the spear and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. Let them be confounded and put to shame that seeks after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that my hurt. Let them be as chaff before the wind and the angel of the LORD chase them. Let their way be dark and slippery and let the angel of the LORD persecute them. For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have dug for my soul. Psalm 35:1-7

David is crying out to Jehovah God and atonia to save him from the wicked who are more powerful than he. He cries for the angel of Jehovah to chase and persecute them. Who is like unto thee O God who saves the poor from those more powerful than he but is no match for Jehovah.

  • #The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous and His ears are open to their cry. The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth. The righteous cry and the LORD heareth and delivereth them out of all of their troubles. The LORD is nigh unto them of a broken heart and saveth such as be with a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. He keepeth all of His bones: not one of them is broken. Evil shall slay the wicked and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate. The LORD redeemeth the souls of His servants and none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate. Psalm 34:15-22

This Psalm is about the Lord Jesus Christ, as none of His bones were broken on the cross.  Jehovah God shall redeem the souls of His servants, just as He raised the Lord Jesus on the third day and we too shall rise with Him since He is the first fruits of them which slept in the grave.

  • #O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusted in Him. O fear the LORD ye His saints: for there is no want to them that fear Him. The young lions do lack and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. Come ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD. What man is he that desireth life and loveth many days that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Psalm 34:8-14

Jehovah God is good, taste Him and see for yourself; for happy is the man that trusted in Him. Come ye children listen to me and I will teach you the fear of Jehovah God. If any man will desire life and loves many days that he may see good? Then keep your tongue from evil and your lips from guile. Depart from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. Be at peace with all men and follow holiness, for without holiness no man will see the Lord.

  • #A Psalm of David, when he changed his behavior before Abimelech who drove him away and he departed. I will bless the LORD at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof and be glad. O magnify the LORD with me and let us exalt His name together. I sought the LORD with me and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto Him and were lightened and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried and the LORD heard him and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the LORD campeth round about them that fear him and delivereth them. Psalm 34:1-7

Jehovah God is to be praised always, O magnify the great O thou Jehovah with me and exalt His name together. Thank God that this poor man cried and Jehovah heard me and delivereth me from all my fears. The angel of Jehovah campeth round about them that fear him and delivers them.

  • #He fashioneth their hearts alike; He considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. A horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength. Behold the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear Him, upon them that hope in His mercy. To deliver their soul from death and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: He is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His holy name. Let thy mercy be upon us according as we hope in thee. Psalm 33:15-22

Jehovah God is He that delivers our soul from death and keeps it from famine. For this, our heart shall rejoice in Him. Let thy mercy be upon us as we hope in thee O thou great Jehovah.

  • #Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For, He spake and it was done; He commanded and it stood fast. The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to naught: He maketh the devices of the people of none effect. The counsel of the LORD standeth forever, the thoughts of  His heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance. The LORD looketh from heaven; He beholdeth all the sons of men. From the place of His habitation, He looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. Psalm 33:8-14

Jehovah God is to be feared let all the world stand in awe of Him. For, He brings the counsel of the heathen to naught: He alone makes the devices of the people of none effect. Happy is the nation whose God is Jehovah and the people whom He hath chosen for His own inheritance. America will continue to be a great country as long as Jehovah God is exalted. Let us give Him the glory that He alone deserves, cause He spoke and the heavens stood fast, the angelic host were created by the breath of His mouth. We thank thee O thou great Jehovah for thou art an awesome God.

  • #Rejoice in the LORD O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the LORD with harp sing unto Him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto Him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the LORD is right and all His works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the word of the LORD were the heavens made and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as a heap: He layeth up the depth in store-houses. Psalm 33:1-7

Jehovah God is awesome for He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap and lays them in store-houses. As we see the Hurricanes and how meteorologically this is done, what an awesome God we serve. For the earth is full of His justice, so we should praise Him with the harp and sing unto Him with the psaltery and instruments of ten strings. I thank God that I can praise Him on the piano and sing hymns to His great glory.

  • #For this shall everyone that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the flood of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. Thou art my hiding place thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which has no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with a bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee. Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. Be glad in the LORD and rejoice ye righteous and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. Psalm 32:6-11

We are seeing a massive Hurricane approaching the east coast, and this is the time to pray and sing songs of deliverance to Jehovah God. For, He has promised to keep the godly from great waters, for God is our hiding place.  In times like these, we need a Savoir and a Rock on which to stand. God is able to see us through this storm as Has many others. Keep the faith my fellow Americans and look ever to Jesus for He will carry you through until the end.

  • #Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity and in whose spirit there is no guile. When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. For day and night, thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. I acknowledged my sin unto thee and my iniquity have I not hid, I said I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin, Selah. Psalm 32:1-5

David is grief-stricken over his sin before Jehovah God, until he confesses all of his transgressions. Happy is the man whom Jehovah imputeth not iniquity and in whose spirit there is no guile. We make the mistake of being silent before a holy God, but then find the hand of God heavy upon us day and night. I said I will confess my transgressions unto Jehovah and thou wilt forgives all of my iniquity and sin.
