Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #(For the redemption of their soul is precious and it ceaseth for ever:) That he should still live forever and not see corruption. For he seeth that wise men die, likewise, the fool and the brutish person perish and leave their wealth to others. Their inward thought is that their houses shall continue forever and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names. Nevertheless, man being in honor abideth not: he is like the beast that perishes. This their way is their folly: yet their posterity approves their sayings. Selah. Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling. But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for He shall receive me. Psalm 49:7-15

Jesus is the resurrection and the life, he that believes in Him though he is dead shall live. He is the one that redeems my soul from the power of the grave. He shall receive me. For, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. So we do not mourn as those who have no have no hope.

  • #Hear this all ye people; give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world: Both low and high, rich and poor together. My mouth shall speak of wisdom and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding. I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark sayings upon a harp. Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about? They that trust in their wealth and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches; None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give God a ransom for him. Psalm 49:1-7

This Psalm is about the Lord Jesus opened, His mouth in parables and riddled sayings upon the harp. He told the disciples it is for you to know the mysteries of the kingdom. As David says wherefore should I fear in the days of evil when the sins of my heels shall compass me about? He says those that trust in their wealth cannot by any means redeem his brother or give to God a ransom for his life. So be thankful that our elder brother the Lord Jesus Christ went to the Cross to pay the ransom for our sins and we are forever thankful for this gift.

  • #According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness. Let mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments. Walk about Zion and go round about her: tell the towers thereof. Mark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces; that ye may tell it to the generation following. For this God is our God forever and ever: He will be our guide even unto death. Psalm 48:10-14

God is to be praised unto the ends of the earth: cause His right hand is full of righteousness. For this God is our God forever and ever: He will be our guide even unto death. Therefore, we have nothing to fear for God is our light and salvation. Praise Him today all ye peoples.

  • #Fear took hold upon them there and pain, as a woman in travail. Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind. As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish it for ever. Selah. We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God in the midst of thy temple. Psalm 48:6-9

Jehovah God will bring fear on the ships of Tarshish as with an east wind, as the pain of a woman in travail. Thank God for the angel armies that fight for His people forever. Selah.

  • #Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of His holiness. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion on the sides of the North, the city of the great King. God is known in her palaces for a refuge. For lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together. They saw it and so they marveled; they were troubled and hasted away.  Psalm 48:1-5

Great is Jehovah God and greatly to be praised in the city of our God in the mountain of His holiness. He must be praised and is the joy of the whole earth on the sides of mount Zion the city of the Great King.

  • #Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises. For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding. God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of His holiness. The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: He is greatly exalted. Psalm 47:6-9

  • #O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph. For the LORD most high is terrible; He is a great King over all the earth. He shall subdue the people under us and the nations under our feet. He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom He loved. Selah. God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet. Psalm 47:1-5

Jehovah is the great King over all the earth. He shall subdue the people under us and the nations under our feet. So clap your hands all ye people, for the Lord is most worthy of all our praises, for this is the psalm that teaches us how to clap our hands.

  • #The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: He uttered His voice, the earth melted. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations He hath made in the earth. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariot in the fire. Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. Psalm 46:6-11

Jehovah God will bring an end to all wars and natural disasters. So be still and know that He is God. He will be exalted among the heathen, He will be exalted in the earth. The God of angel armies is with us and will protect us from all evils, for He is the God of Jacob.

  • #God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear though the earth is removed and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah  There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her and that right early. Psalm 46:1-5

God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble. Therefore we have nothing to fear though the earth is removed and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea. We want to take time to thank God for all the veterans and know that your service is not in vain. Continue to put your soul into the care of the eternal God who is ever faithful and will carry you through all of your battles.

  • #And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor. The king's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold. She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needle-work the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee. With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king's palace. Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children, whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth. I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever. Psalm 45:12-17
