A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

Jehovah God will bring an end to all wars and natural disasters. So be still and know that He is God. He will be exalted among the heathen, He will be exalted in the earth. The God of angel armies is with us and will protect us from all evils, for He is the God of Jacob.

Therefore will not we fear though the earth is removed and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her and that right early. Psalm 46:1-5
God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble. Therefore we have nothing to fear though the earth is removed and though the mountains are carried into the midst of the sea. We want to take time to thank God for all the veterans and know that your service is not in vain. Continue to put your soul into the care of the eternal God who is ever faithful and will carry you through all of your battles.
#And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall entreat thy favor. The king's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold. The Lord Jesus loves righteousness and hates wickedness: therefore God, thy God hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Beloved give Him praise today.

The Lord Jesus is fairer than the children of men; grace is poured into thy lips. His sword is girded upon His thigh O most mighty with the glory and thy majesty. He must be praised forever.
#Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off forever. Wherefore hidest thou thy face and forgettest our affliction and our oppression? For our soul is bowed down to the dust our belly cleaveth unto the earth. Arise for our help and redeem us for thy mercies sake. Psalm 44:23-26
The Lord Jesus does not sleep or slumber as the psalmist is wondering why God seems silent in our affliction. Yet for His mercies sake, He shall arise for our help. I thank God for my Christian brother Victor and for his wife Lilly who came by to visit and pray with me. May the blessing of the Lord be upon them.
#All this has come upon us; yet have we not forgotten thee, neither have we dealt falsely in thy covenant. Our heart is not turned back neither have our steps declined from thy way; Though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons and covered us with the shadow of death. if we have forgotten the name our God or stretched out our hands to a strange god; shall not God search this out? for He knoweth the secrets of the heart. Yea, for thy sake we are counted as sheep for the slaughter. Psalm 44:17-22
O God have mercy upon us if we have forgotten thee or have dealt falsely in thy covenant. For thou alone knowest the secrets of a person's heart. For we are counted as sheep for the slaughter and for thy sake killed all day long. O shall the grave praiseth thee? Restore unto us the joy of thy salvation and create in me a clean heart O God.
#For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me. But thou hast saved us from our enemies and hast put them to shame that hated us. In God, we boast all the day long and praise thy name forever. Selah Psalm 44:6,7,8
Thanks that those that hate us are put to shame. What a mighty God we serve and we give Him all the glory for what He has done.

#Judge me, O God and plead my cause against an ungodly nation; O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man. For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill and to thy tabernacles. Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea upon the harp will I praise thee, O my God. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise Him, who is the health of my countenance and my God. Psalm 43:1-5
David praises God with his harp and comes out of a deep state of depression. We learn to hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him. Never give in to depression but praise God in the midst of the storms of life.
