Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • # Blessed is the man that endureth temptation, for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to them that love Him. James 1:12 Be faithful until death, and ye shall receive the crown of life.

Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted, but the rich in that he is made low, because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away. For the sun is no sooner risen than the burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth. So also shall the rich man fade away in his ways. Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God, for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempted He any man. But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his lust and enticed, then when lust hath conceived it bringeth forth sin, and sin when it is finished bringeth forth death. The Greek word for temptation is Peirasmos, meaning "putting to the test."

Be faithful until death, and ye shall receive the crown of life. The Lord will give the crown of life to all who endure temptation and are martyrs in death. That is why James the apostle preached on this: he, too, was a martyr who endured death for the Lord Jesus Christ. We must never blame God for our temptations, for God does not test us with evil, but He does test us to do good, as He did with Job. But every man when he is tempted is drawn away by his lusts, and when lust is conceived it brings forth sin, and sin when it is finished results in death, spiritual death, and then physical death.

Be faithful until death, and ye shall receive the crown of life. So rejoice in the Lord always, and give thanks that He does not allow you to be tempted more than you can bear, but with the temptation provides a way of escape so that you can endure it. May the Lord bless you and keep you is my prayer, and give thanks in all things, for this is the will of Christ Jesus in us.

  • # Let the husband render unto the wife, due benevolence, and also the wife unto the husband. 1 Corinthians 7:3  In marriage, say yes

Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me, it is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife and let every wife have her own husband. The wife hath not power over her own body but the husband. And likewise the husband hath not power over his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one another, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer, and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency. But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment. The Greek word for benevolence is Eunoia, meaning kindness and marital conjugal duty.

In marriage, say yes, because you give up your right to own your body when it comes to conjugal duties as husband and wife. This is what causes conflicts in marriage when one spouse is denying the other spouse their conjugal duties. Defraud ye not one another, except it be with consent for a time. So this should be a time that both of you can agree on, so that Satan will not tempt you for your incontinency. Failure to abide by these guidelines is what causes infidelity in marriage. Paul is speaking this by permission, and not commandment, yet he is inspired by the Holy Spirit to say these things to us.

In marriage, say yes, because when things are not right in the bedroom, they are not right in other rooms of the house. Be ye kind one to the other, and tender-hearted, forgiving one another as God in Christ Jesus has forgiven you. Do not let the sun go down on your anger, but work things out before you go to bed. A nice romantic massage will put the two of you in the mode for rendering due benevolence to one another. Only say wait a while if you mutually agree to fasting and prayer for a season.

  • # Delight thyself also in the LORD, and He will grant the desires of thy heart. Psalms 37:4 (A Psalm of David)

Fret not thyself because of evil doers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass and wither as the green herb. Trust in the LORD and do good, so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. Commit thy way unto the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. And He shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light and thy judgment as the noonday. Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him. Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. The Hebrew word for delight is Anag, meaning to be soft, or pliable.

We must delight ourselves also in Jehovah God, and He will grant the desires of our hearts. Wait patiently for the Lord and trust in Him with all of your heart. Fret not thyself because of wicked men who prosper in their way, for they will soon be cut off. Pray for those who spitefully use you, and wait patiently for the Lord. For He shall establish thy way, and He shall bring it to pass. For He shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light and thy judgment as the noonday.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thy understanding, but in all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall bring it to pass. It is my prayer that we delight ourselves in the Lord and wait patiently for Him. For God is good, and He will reward all those who trust in Him. If riches increase, set not thy heart upon them, but be free to distribute them. For the Lord loves a cheerful giver, and it is more blessed to give than to receive. For whoso soweth bountifully shall reap bountifully, and whoever sows sparingly shall reap sparingly. Every perfect gift comes down from the Father of lights. Give thanks in all things and be at peace with all men as much as possible.

  • # Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the health of my countenance, and my God, Psalms 42:11. Mental Health is important, so seek help

Yet the Lord will command His loving kindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be in me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. I will say unto God who is my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? Why am I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? As with a sword in my bones, my enemies reproach me while they say unto me, where is thy God? The Hebrew word for praise is Yadah, meaning to revere or worship.

Mental Health is important, so seek help. Reading this passage in the Bible is a great encouragement when your soul feels cast down. Praise God always because He is the source of our health and our strength. When your enemies reproach you, stop mourning and praise the Lord. If you are hearing voices, seek mental health professionals who can prescribe the medication that you need to control the paranoia. If you are thinking of harming yourself or someone, text 988 and they will counsel you. Just as sure as the body gets sick, the mind does also. Therefore, do not let the stigma of mental health prevent you from seeking the support that you need. I pray that you will go to a facility to be treated for your mental illness.

Mental Health is important, so seek help, and you will be happy that you did. And when you get better, keep taking your medication so that you will not relapse into paranoia. I thank the Lord that I got the help that I needed, and I am doing much better because I continue to take my medication.

  • # Behold, I come quickly, hold that fast that thou hast,  that no man take thy crown. Revelation 3:11 Hold on to your crown

I know thy works, behold I have set before thee an open door and no man can shut it, for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept My word and hast not denied My name. Behold, I will make them of the Synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie, behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet and to know that I have loved thee. Because thou hast kept the word of My patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Him that overcometh I will make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out, and I will write upon him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven, from My God. And I will write upon him My new name. He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. The Greek word for crown is Stephanos, meaning a chaplet of a bag of royalty.

Hold on to your crown. We are very close to the coming of the Lord, hold that fast that thou hast, that no man take thy crown. We will cast our crowns before the feet of Jesus, and all who love His appearing shall receive the crown of righteousness. All those who were of the Synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews and are not, but do lie, will be made to come and worship before thy feet. This means they will worship Jesus at your feet, because you kept the word of His patience.

Hold on to your crown, and seek to win as many people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. There are five crowns given at the Bema Seat of Christ, and we will be rewarded for our works. The crown of rejoicing will be given to those who are soul winners for the Lord Jesus Christ. The crown of life will be given to those who become martyrs for the Lord Jesus Christ, and the shepherd's crown will be given to those pastors who were great shepherds leading the flock of the Lord Jesus Christ

  • # Father, I will that they also that thou hast given Me, be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory, which thou hast given Me, for thou lovedst Me before the foundation of the world. John 17:24  Jesus prayed for us to behold His glory in heaven.

That they all may be one as thou  Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent Me. And the glory thou hast given Me, I  gavest them, that they may be one as We are one. I in them, and thou in Me that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved Me. O righteous Father, the world hath not known Thee, but I have known Thee, and these have known that thou hast sent Me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it that the love wherewith thou hast loved Me, may be in them, and I in them. The Greek word for behold is " theoreo, meaning to be a spectator of.to look on and perceive.

Jesus prayed for us to behold His glory in heaven, and one day that prayer will be answered, and we will be taken to heaven by death or in the rapture of the Church. What a glorious promise we have to know that we will be with the Father and the Son in heaven praising God for His glory. We will be united and made perfect in one by the Godhead. Jesus will declare our name before the Father, and the love that thou hast for Me, shall be in them. I am getting homesick writing about this passage, for it is often read at funerals and let us know of the glory that is to come when we all get to heaven, we will sing and rejoice at the feet of Jesus. It is my prayer that we will occupy until Jesus comes and takes us to heaven, as He has promised us the many mansions. Even so come Lord Jesus, whether we sleep or are changed in a moment in the twinkling of an eye, we give thee all the glory and honor, how majestic is thy name O God.

  • # Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth for He shall not speak of Himself, but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak and He will show you things to come. John 16:13  Do not quench the Spirit

Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see Me no more; of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. He shall glorify Me, for He shall receive of Mine and shall show it unto you. All things that the Father hath are Mine. Therefore said I, that He shall take of Mine, and shall show it unto you. A little while and ye shall not see Me, and again a little while, and ye shall see Me, because I go unto the Father. The Greek word for guide is Hodegeo, meaning to lead. and to teach.

Do not quench the Spirit, for when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth, and He shall not speak of Himself, but whatsoever He shall hear. He will speak and show you things to come. This is why we must not have unconfessed sins in our lives, for the Holy Spirit has come to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Then He will warn us of things to come. Jesus is telling the disciples that He will not leave them as orphans, but shall send the Comforter, the Greek word Paraclete, meaning one who comes beside us. The Spirit of truth will teach us all things that the Father tells Him are Mine. I praise God for the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort others who are in trouble.

Do not quench the Spirit and obey Him every time He shows the things of Christ unto you. For He is in us and will always be with us until the end of the age. Therefore, walk in the Spirit, and ye will not fulfil the lusts of the flesh. Obey Him when He guides and teaches you all the time, the truth of the Word of God.

  • #For the LORD God of Israel said that He hateth putting away, for one covereth violence with his garment, says the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit that ye deal not treacherously. Malachi 2:16 Let not man put them asunder that God unites

And this have ye done again, covering the altar of the LORD with your tears with weeping and crying out, insomuch that He regarded not the offering anymore or receiveth it with good will at your hand. Yet ye say Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth. against whom thou hast dealt treacherously, yet is she thy companion and the wife of thy covenant. And did not He make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore, take heed to your spirit and let none deal treacherously with the wife of thy youth. Ye have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet ye say where we have wearied Him? When we say everyone that doeth good is evil in the sight of the LORD and He delights in them, or where is the God of judgment? The Hebrew word for treacherously is Bagad, meaning to cover, or act covertly.

Let not man put them asunder that God unites. God said it is not good for man to be alone, He made for Adam a helpmate, in Hebrew Ezer Kenegdo. Adam said bone of my bone, and was united with his wife Eve. This is how God intended marriage to be, but now we live in a time when marriage between a man and a woman is attacked, and same sex marriage is embraced. God made Adam for Eve and not Steve. My little children rejoice with the wife of thy youth and deal not covertly with her, but love her and embrace her all the days of thy life. God hates putting away the wife of thy youth. Be thou ravished by her breasts always, and tell her that you love her. Marriage is to exemplify the relationship of Christ and the Bride, the Church. I have now been separated from the wife of my youth for almost ten years, and I pray for reconciliation daily. If the Lord wills us not to divorce, I will wait until death do us part.

  • #Flee also youthful lusts, but follow  righteousness, faith, charity, peace with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 2 Timothy 2:22

Nevertheless, the foundation of the Lord standeth sure, having this seal, the Lord knoweth them that are His. And let everyone that nameth the name of  Christ depart from iniquity, but in a great house there are not only vessels of gold, and silver. but also wood, and of earth, and some to honor and some to dishonor. If a man, therefore, purges himself of these things, he shall be a vessel of honor. sanctified and meet for the Master's use and prepared unto every good work. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid knowing that they cause and gender strife. And the servant of the Lord must not strive but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach and patient. In meekness instructing those who oppose themselves. If God peradventure will give them repentance, to the acknowledging of the truth; The Greek word for lusts is Epithumia, meaning a longing for in the flesh for that which is forbidden.

Young men flee youthful lusts. This is a problem as long as we are in the flesh. For all that is in the world, the lusts of the eye, the lusts of the flesh, and the pride of life, these are not of God but are of the world. The world and all of it's lusts are passing away, but he that does the will of the Lord will abide forever. Paul is mentoring the young minister Timothy to be a righteous man full of meekness, peace, and love. For in every house there are vessels of honor and dishonor, so by purging ourselves of these lusts, we can be a vessel of honor fit for the Lord's use and purpose. I pray that you will enter in the strait gate, for narrow is that gate that leads to life. For wide is the gate that leads to destruction, and many there be that enter it. May the Lord bless you richly, my beloved, to do these things.
