Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #Cast thy bread upon the waters: for thou shalt find it after many days. Ecclesiastes 11:1  Give thy bread upon the waters

The Hebrew word for bread is Lechem; for food, for a man or a beast. God has commanded us to cast thy bread upon the waters, which means we must be willing to feed the poor, disabled, and mentally ill, and we do this when we give thy bread upon the waters. The Hebrew word for days is Yown, meaning a perpetually recurring space of time. We must not become weary in doing good, for God will always reward us when we give our resources to others. Whoso lends to the poor, lends to the Lord. Jesus told us to give, and it shall be given unto you, pressed down with good measure and overflowing. We cannot beat God's giving. The more we give, the more God gives to us. Galatians 6:9 Be not weary in well doing, for at the proper time ye shall reap, if you do not faint. Just thank God that you have a desire to give, even when you lack the wherewithal to do so. God will count it for you for so doing. When we give a cup of water to someone, God rewards us for that. Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth. If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves upon the world, and if the tree falls toward the south, or the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be. This is a word of wisdom from Solomon, meaning wherever the tree falls, that is what God intended, and do not curse God for bringing justice upon the wicked. He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap. Solomon is telling us not to try to predict the weather, and fail to plant your seeds, for what you sow, that shall you also reap. Therefore, be diligent in your business and your investments. Now is a good time to start investing in cryptocurrency, for this is sowing seeds for your portfolio that can reap a great reward. Just as the farmer will broadcast his seeds, and then after harvest time, he will reap a harvest. So do not fail to give thy bread upon the waters, for this is how we become wealthy. God rewards wealth to the diligent hand. So be diligent in your business, and you will reap the rewards of capital gains. Then if riches increase, set not your eyes upon them, but look to the Lord and give Him all the glory for blessing you for your generosity.

  • #But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. 2 Timothy 3:13  Beware of evil men and seducers

The Greek word for wax is Prokopto, meaning to drive forward, to advance, increase, and be far spent. Paul is warning the young minister Timothy to beware of evil men and seducers who shall wax worse and worse. deceiving others, while being deceived themselves. But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose and faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, Persecutions, afflictions which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured; but out of them all the Lord delivered me. Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them. Beware of evil men and seducers, for they will seek to steal your identity and falsely accuse you. You know what things I suffered as an apostle, how the Lord told me on the Damascus road what great things I would suffer. Therefore, watch in all things and pray without ceasing. For the Lord will deliver all those who are called by him from temptation. Beware of evil men and seducers who will pretend to love you, and all the while will speak evil of thee, and profane the Holy Scriptures. Jesus warned us we would know them by their fruits. For an evil tree does not bear good fruit. So watch and pray, for the flesh is weak, but the spirit is willing. And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. so that the man of God may be perfect. That word perfect means to be mature and complete. So beware of evil men and seducers who will creep into houses and steal silly women laden with diverse lusts. Have no part with them, for beware of evil companionship, for they produce bad company. For the Lord will seal you by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption. So study the Word, and preach the Word in season, and out of season. For in the last days they shall not endure sound doctrine, but will heap to themselves teachers having itching ears. Avoid them like the plague and have no company with them. Do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

  • #Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer and come together again, that Satan tempts you not for your incontinency. 1 Corinthians 7:5  Husbands and wives must consent

The Greek word for incontinence is Akrasia, meaning want of self-restraint or excess. Husbands and wives must consent when not engaging in intimacy. Satan is always looking to get a foothold in the marriage, and he wants them to gaslight one another and not consent to prayer and fasting. It is time to stop gaslighting, which is an epidemic in marriages today, and spouses not talking to their mate. May God convict Husbands and wives to come together and reach a consensus. When this is done, it will strengthen your marriage and enable you to keep your wedding vows. For better or for worse is the most difficult of the vows to keep. One spouse may love it when things are going for the better, but when all hell breaks loose and the worst sets in, the spouse may want to separate. We have no control over what circumstances we will go through in the marriage, and as Paul said, I have learned to be content in whatsoever state I find myself in. This is what we must do in the marriage, for godliness with contentment is great gain. So talk to one another always, so that you can reach a consensus on how to fast and pray to God. The third string in every marriage is the Lord. Therefore shall a man shall cleave unto his wife. Let not man put asunder those whom God has joined together in holy matrimony. Then agree to come together again so that Satan cannot tempt you again for your lack of self-control. Intimacy is the most important act of obedience in marriage. When God said to Adam It is not good for man to be alone, for God gave him a helpmate. This means the body does not belong to you alone in the marriage, but your mate has control over intimacy. Do not say that you do not feel like it, or say I have a headache. All these are excuses that must go away when you get married. Remember, it is better to marry than to burn with lust. How many marriages fall apart because of a lack of intimacy? So, pray and fast to God so that He can restore your feelings of intimacy with your mate. If more couples do this, divorce rates will start to go way down. It is my prayer that in fasting and praying to God, couples will have more intimacy in their marriage. Remember you said for better or for worse. So Husbands and wives must consent to these vows and stop the gaslighting.

  • #He shall feed His flock like a shepherd: He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young. Isaiah 40:11  Like a good Shepherd, Jesus leads us

The Hebrew word for gently is Nahal, meaning to run with a sparkle, i.e., flow, hence to conduct, protect, sustain, feed, and guide. The Lord Jesus is our great Shepherd. Like a good Shepherd, Jesus leads us. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth; but the word of our God shall stand forever. O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength, lift, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God! Behold, the Lord God will come with a strong hand, and His arm shall rule for Him: behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him. Like a good Shepherd, Jesus leads us with His arm and carries us with His hands. When the enemy tries to defeat us, Jesus holds up the right hand of His might to protect us. Psalms 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy Spirit from me. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy spirit. Then will transgressors I will teach thy ways and sinners shall be converted unto thee. Thank God that Jesus is our great Shepherd, who leads us in green pastures for His name's sake.  Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation; and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness. As the great hymn of the Church goes, " Through it all I have learned to trust in Jesus, and to depend upon His holy Word." Like a good Shepherd, Jesus leads us, guides us along the way, and cleanses us from all our sins. He restores us when we fall and lifts us up with His right hand of salvation.2 Corinthians 10:3 For thou we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the kowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. This is why, like a good Shepherd, Jesus leads us, so that we can be victorious in spiritual warfare, and a readiness to avenge all disobedience when our obedience is fulfilled. My brother preached a sermon to me as a child and said Timothy, you just got to obey, and me too. I praise God that the sermon is still with me, and the Lord guides me by the still waters and restores my soul. The joy of the Lord is my strength, and like a good Shepherd, Jesus leads us all the way from earth to heaven.

  • #Being forty days tempted by the devil. And in those days He did eat nothing; and when they were ended, He afterward hungered. Luke 4:2

The Greek word for hungered is Peinao, meaning to famish, to toll for daily subsistence through pinching toll. Watch and pray lest ye enter into temptation. The Lord Jesus demonstrated His humanity in the wilderness. Jesus, being full of the Holy Ghost, returned from Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness. And the devil said unto Him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. And the devil, taking Him up into a high mountain, showed unto Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. Jesus told us to watch and pray lest we enter into temptation, for the flesh is weak, but the Spirit is willing. Jesus quoted from Deuteronomy these verses, teaching us that we must hide the Word of God in our hearts, so that we might not sin against God. This is a valuable lesson for us, for the devil comes to us when we are weak, and so Jesus reminds us that man does not live on bread alone, but by every word of God. So it is vitally important that we study the Word of God every day and commit it to memory. The Holy Spirit will take the Words of Christ and make them real to us, so that we can be victorious in our temptations. So no matter how famished you may feel, always feed on the Word of God, for it gives life to the Spirit of man. This is our weapon offensively to fight the devil, and the second is to pray without ceasing. Jesus always prayed, and many times He would go into the mountains alone to pray. We, too, should have a solemn place to pray to God, like a closet, and God, who sees us in secret, will reward us openly. 1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you, but such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape that ye may be able to bear it. This is a verse we must commit to memory, for when we are tempted, God will always show us the way of escape, so that we may bear it. Satan tried to tempt Jesus with the kingdoms of this world. So you ask, when did Satan get the kingdoms of this world? Adam gave them to him in the Garden of Eden when he rebelled against God. Jesus used the rehema word of God, which is the sword of the Spirit, to say It is written thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. We can learn much about how to be victorious in our temptations. Psalms 119:9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word. This is our victory, the Word of God, and I pray you will hide it in your heart today.

  • #But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.. 2 Peter 3:10 The Day of the Lord

The Greek word for thief is Kleptes, meaning a stealer.  The Day of the Lord shall come like a thief in the night. But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdiction of ungodly men. But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. So we cannot make predictions, only God the Father knows when that day will come, just as the thief does not annonce when he is comming to rob, you, so it is the Day of the Lord will not be broadcast when it comes, but it will catch the world totally by surprize. So we must be ye also ready, for we know not when our Lord shall come. A Jewish day begins in darkness and ends in light. So it is the Day of the Lord will start with the tribulation and the man of sin, the Antichrist shall sign a seven year peace treaty with Israel, and in the midst of it he will break it and declare to the world he is god, and cause all to receive the mark of the beast 666 do not receive this mark for you will be doomed for hell fire. God will seal 144,000 witnesses who will preach the everlasting gospel of the kingdom of God, and two witnesses will have fire come out of their mouths if anyone tries to harm them, then after three years they will be killed and three days later God will resurrect them and rapture them. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissoled and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. So Praise God for the Day of the Lord for it will usher in the kingdom of God and the Prince of Peace shall rule with a rod of iron, and we will rule with Him. So be ready and keep your lamps full of oil.

  • #Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered. 1 Peter 3:7  Be sure your prayers are not hindered

The Greek word for hindered is Ekkopto, meaning to cut out or cut off.  and to frustrate. Peter is telling husbands how to keep their prayers from being hindered. But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their husbands: Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement. So the first key is being meek and silent in spirit to their husbands; this is how holy women of old operated. Secondly, not being adorned with silver and gold, but being modest in appearance. Thirdly, women should obey their husbands, calling them lord, as Sarah called Abraham. Then husband, be sure your prayers are not hindered. For husband to do this they must reckonize that the wife is the weaker vessel, only in physical strength, not in spiritual strength, Also husbands must remember wives are heirs together of the grace of life, for we are all going to heaven together, and therefore must treat one another with respect and loving kindness always. Then lastly, husbands must dwell with their wives with understanding because wives need to be understood for them to be pleased in all things. We do this by listening to them, especially when we are watching ball games. Husbands too many times lose their attention watching ball games, and then their wives want their attention, but they are too busy watching the game. Husbands, the wife is the game, and you want to always pay attention to her. I was guilty of that, especially during football season, and my wife knew how to get me to say yes to her projects when I was watching football. I had to discipline myself to stop doing that. So husbands, be sure your prayers are not being hindered, because prayer is the most important thing in our lives. God will not listen to us when we pray if we are not loving and treating our wives with respect as the weaker vessel. So husbands ask God to give you the patience to understand your wife, and listen to her when she is talking to you. If we do this, then when we pray to God, we can be sure our prayers are not being hindered.

  • #For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Romans 12:3  Having a sober mind

The Greek word for soberly is Eis, meaning to or into a purpose. God has called us to have a sober mind. Do not be drunk with wine, which is excess, but be filled with the Holy Spirit. Paul is telling believers not to think more highly of themselves than they ought to think, for God does not want us to be narcissistic, but God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Now we know that faith comes by hearing the word of God. So spend time in the Word of God every day to increase your measure of faith. For as we have many members in one body, and all members do not have the same office. So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every member one of another. Having these gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; So do not be envious of other members, for we are all members of the body of Christ. Sometimes we need to see a psychologist when we have mental problems, as the physical body gets sick, so does the mind, and this causes us to think improperly of ourselves than we should. It is time to get rid of the stigma of mental illness, for there were lunatics in Jesus' day, and there are some today. We say they have a chemical imbalance of the mind, and it can be treated with medication. It is sad that the NIH budget is being cut, for more research needs to be done into mental illness and whether environmental factors are part of the causation of this illness. I thank God that I got the help that I needed, and I was criticized by my father for doing so. It is not a weakness to seek out professional help in these matters. I pray that more people will get the help needed, and we can get people to think soberly, righteously, and godly about ourselves as we ought to think. Just as Paul has challenged us not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. This is how we can eradicate mental illness from our bodies. I pray the Lord will inspire more people to seek out help through meditation on the word of God, and allow the Holy Spirit to increase the measure of faith that God has given to everyone, as it has pleased Him to put us in the body of Christ. So, having a sober mindset should be the goal of all Christians.

  • #For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11  Thank Jehovah God for His thoughts toward you

The Hebrew word for thoughts is Machashabah; for contrivance, intention, a plot, an imagination, and purpose. Thank Jehovah God for His thoughts toward you. For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed. For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD. For thus saith the LORD, that after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place. Then shall ye call upon Me, and ye shall go and pray unto Me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek Me and find Me, when ye shall search for Me with all your heart. And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive. Thank Jehovah God for His thoughts toward you, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you an expected end. We must not listen to the false teachers and their dreams. For Israel failed to heed the warning, and was carried away captive to Babylon. Beware when they speak falsely and cause you to err. For God did not send them. Listen to Jehovah God, for He has a purpose for you, and peace, not evil, He will give you an expected end. Jeremiah was the weeping prophet, for his message caused him to weep when he saw the seventy years of captivity. We must beware of the preachers who only have positive news for us, and not of suffering. For they have itching ears and only want to get paid. Romans 10:8-11 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart: that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed. Thank Jehovah God for His thoughts toward you, and believe all of them. You will have peace and a purpose, not evil.

  • #And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues; and they repented not to give Him glory. Revelation 16:9   Repent before it is too late

The Greek word for scorched is Kaumatizo, meaning to burn. The Lord will be the Lion of the tribe of Judah, directing these plagues, for twenty-one judgments will come upon the earth to purge sin from mankind. Repent before it is too late, for the spirit of God will not always strive with man. Despite these judgments and plagues, they repented not to give Him glory. Climate change is showing us how hot the weather patterns are changing, as May is facing 100-degree weather, which generally happens in late July and August. Meteorologists are watching these changing weather patterns and are warning of severe hurricanes and tornadoes coming. We can see that when these seven seal judgments are released, men will blaspheme the name of God for being scorched by the intense heat. The mercy of God is seen, for except those days were not shortened, no flesh would have been saved. But for the Elect's sake, God will shorten the days. Repent before it is too late, and you enter into the great tribulation that will try the whole world. And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast, and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain. And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds. And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates, and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. These judgments will get more intense as the angels will be pouring out their vials upon the earth. Repent before it is too late, for just as God saved Noah, a preacher of righteousness by building an Ark, this is a picture of the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we must be saved except the name of Jesus. Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
