Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • Happy Yom Kipper! Pray for the peace of Jerusalem they shall prosper who do so.

  • #And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. Revelation 19:6  Praise God, for His voice is of a great multitude

The Greek word for Alleluia is Allelouia, meaning praise ye Jah of Hebrew origin, and an adoring exclamation. John is on the isle of Patmos receiving the Revelation of the Lord God omnipotent. And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up forever and ever. And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying Amen; Alleluia. And a voice came out of the throne, saying Praise our God, all ye his servants and ye that fear Him, both small and great. Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. And He said unto me, Write Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And He saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Praise God, for His voice is of a great multitude. In heaven, the church is the bride of Christ, and the marriage of the Lamb has come. She made herself ready, and it was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white, which is the righteousness of the saints. We will praise the Lord God forever and listen to His voice, singing Alleluia. Get your singing voices ready because Jehovah God is worthy to be praised. For His voice is of a great multitude, and we will be in awe listening to His voice. May the Lord bless His people as we wait for that great day that is coming.

  • #That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children. Titus 2:4 Let the Older women teach the younger to love their husbands.

The Greek word for love is Philandros, meaning fond of man, i.e., affectionate as a wife. But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. The aged women likewise, that they be in behavior as becometh holiness,  not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things. To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. Young men likewise exhort to be sober-minded in all things, showing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine showing uncorruptness, gravity, and sincerity.

Let the Older women teach the younger to love their husbands. Paul is telling Titus to preach to the older women so they can be models to the younger women to be sober, to love their husbands, and to love their children. Our world desperately needs this today, as the divorce rate would be much lower if this were being taught more. Too many wives want to leave their husbands rather than love them, due to the influence of the liberation movement today. If you will not love your husband, then do not marry him. Husbands love your wives as Christ loves the Church and gave Himself for her. I pray that the Government shutdown will not last long and that peace can come to our nation.

  • #Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: Philippians 1:15  Praise God Christ is being preached.

The Greek word for envy is Phthonos, meaning of ill will, i.e., jealousy. The Greek word for strife is Eris, meaning a quarrel or contention and variance. But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel; so that my bonds in Christ are manifest in all the palace, and in all other places. And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear. The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defense of the gospel. What then?

notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice. Praise God Christ is being preached, and souls are being saved and added into the kingdom. Give thanks to God that all things work together for good to those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Paul was a southerner because of the colloquialism he used. Scammers beware, Jesus saves to the uttermost

  • #To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Colossians 1:27    Let us magnify the Lord together

The Greek word for hope is Elpis, meaning expectation or to anticipate, usually with pleasure.  Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for His body's sake, which is the church: Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God; Even the mystery which hath been hidden from ages and from generations, but now is manifest to His saints: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every oneself perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labor, striving according to His working which worketh in me mightily.

Let us magnify the Lord together. This is the prayer of the Apostle Paul, and for us, Christ in you, the hope of glory. We must fill up what is behind the afflictions of Christ, for to live is Christ and to die is gain. May we work diligently to present every man perfect in Jesus Christ by the purifying power of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, let us walk outside the camp bearing His reproach so that Christ may be magnified in our bodies by life or by death.

  • #What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. 1 Corinthians 14:15  Pray with the spirit and understanding, and sing with the spirit also

The Greek word for pray is Proseuchomai, meaning to supplicate to God with thanksgiving. Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the Church. Jesus gave us these spiritual gifts for the edifying of the body of Christ. Let us pray with the spirit and understanding, and sing with the spirit of understanding also. Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. Therefore, pray in the spirit for understanding, and sing in the spirit also, so that it can be interpreted and fruitful to the body of Christ. Else when thou shalt bless with the spirit, how shall He that occupieth the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understandeth not what thou sayest? All prayer must be done with supplication and thanksgiving to God, so an interpretation must be given, so that others who are unlearned may say Amen and give thanks to God.

Pray with the spirit and understanding, and sing with the spirit also, for let everything that has breath praise the Lord. That is what we are here to do to the glory of God. For God must be praised in everything that we do, cause He will not share His glory with any man. Therefore, in everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Let the word of God dwell in you with all fullness and supplication so that we can sing His praises wherever He sends us. We are about to go into the Holiday Season, so let our supplication be to God in the spirit of understanding and singing with joy in our hearts. Pray to God to create in me a clean heart, and renew a stedfast spirit in me. Leave a legacy of thanksgiving to God for others to emulate as well.

  • #For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 1 Thessalonians 5:2  Keep watching and praying

The Greek word for night is Nux, meaning midnight, that the night should want a third part of the light which the moon and the stars give it. But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For when they shall say, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of the light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

Keep watching and praying, for the day of the Lord shall come as a thief in the night. Jesus warned that at the midnight hour, five virgins were waiting, and taken, while the other five were left behind. Make sure there is oil in your lamps, and when the trumpet sounds, you will be ready as the five wise virgins were with their oil in their lamps. The world will be saying peace and safety, then sudden destruction shall come upon them all. Therefore, watch and pray that you enter not into temptation, for the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. God is light, and there is no darkness at all in Him. We are children of the day, so be ye also ready, for at an hour when ye think not the Lord will come, as there will be signs in the moon, and the stars. They reflect the light of the sun, so it is with us; we must reflect the light of the Son of God in righteousness. For Jesus will come quickly, and His reward is with Him. So keep watching and praying to the Lord to keep you ready at all times, with oil in your lamps.

  • #And as He sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of thy coming? And of the end of the world? Matthew 24:3    The Mount Olivet Discourse

The Greek word for the end of the world is Aion, meaning the age, a Messianic period present or future to eternity. Jesus is resting on the Mount of Olives, and the disciples come to Him privately. And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple, and His disciples came to Him to show Him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceives you. For many shall come in my name, saying I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

The Mount Olivet Discourse is found in the three synoptic gospels, Matthew, Mark, and Luke, and all of these give a summary of the end-time events. The world is not going to end, but the Cosmos is, and a new Aion will come. We are living in the age of grace, but when the church is raptured, this will be the Day of the Lord, which will usher in the Kingdom of God. Jesus warned us of all the signs to look out for, such as many false christs, wars, and rumors of wars. All these things are happening today, but the end is not yet. You have to study Daniel and Revelation to get a grasp on eschatology, which is the study of end-time events. After the Church is raptured, the man of sin will come on the scene the antichrist, and he will sign a seven year peace treaty with Israel, as the false messiah, and after three and a half years, he will break it, and demand that the whole world worships him of god, and receive the mark of the beast 666, this is called the abomination of desolation. Jesus warned that when this happens, run for the hills, for then shall be great tribulation, not since ever before, and never shall be again. Do not receive the mark of the beast. God will appoint 144,000 Jewish evangelists who will preach the gospel of the everlasting kingdom, and there will be two witnesses who will cause fire to come out of their mouths if you try to harm them. Then, after three and a half years, God will allow the two witnesses to be killed, then the world will celebrate their death, giving gifts to one another for three days, then God will resurrect them, and rapture them to heaven.

Then Russia will invade Israel, and God will destroy Russia, and then the battle of Armageddon shall take place when the armies of the world will march against Jerusalem, then Jesus will destroy the Antichrist and false prophet and those armies, we will be riding white horses as Jesus will be on the white horse when He ushers in the Kingdom of God. Then there will be peace for one thousand years, and the antichrist and false prophet will be cast into hellfire, and Satan will be bound for one thousand years. in the abyss. Then, after the thousand years have ended, the devil will be released and deceive the world again, and then God will cause fire to come out of heaven to destroy them. Then God will make a new heaven and a new earth.  This is a brief synopsis of the end-time events to come. Even so, Lord Jesus, come maranatha.

  • #For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water. Jeremiah 2:13   Drink from the living Waters

The Hebrew word for living is Chay, meaning alive, merry, running, and springing. For To pass over the isles of Chittim, and see; and send unto Kedar, and consider diligently, and see if there be such a thing. Hath a nation changed their gods, which are no gods? But my people have changed their glory for that which doth not profit. Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye desolate, saith the LORD. Is Israel a servant? Is he a homeborn slave? Why is he spoiled? The young lions roared upon him, and yelled, and they made his land desolate: his cities are burned without an inhabitant. Also, the children of Noph and Tahapanes have broken the crown of thy head.

Drink from the living Waters. Jesus is the living water that we must drink from to receive eternal life. Stop looking for money to be your bread, for it will take on wings and fly away. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Can the leopard change its spots? Then neither can ye expect broken cisterns to hold water. Our God is jealous, visiting the sins of the fathers upon the children unto the third generation, but will have mercy upon all those who love Him and keep His commandments. Flee from idolatry and serving the living and true God, Jehovah: Jireh, our provider. Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness, and walk before Him in truth. For our God is a consuming fire, taking vengeance on those who do not obey His commandments. Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, and call upon Him while He is near. Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of Him, and He would have given thee living waters. John 4:10

Drink from the living Waters that only Jesus can give, and put away those broken cisterns that cannot hold any water. Jesus answered the Samaritan woman, He is a Jew, and gave her the living waters. It is time for us to put away the racial polarization that is destroying our world and love the Lord with all our hearts, minds, and souls. This is the great commandment, and the second is like unto it, to love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

  • #And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me. Mark 10:47

The Greek word for "cry" is "krazo," meaning to scream or call out aloud. And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. And they came to Jericho, and as he went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging. And many charged him that he should hold his peace; but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; He calleth thee. And he, casting away his garment, rose and came to Jesus.

We must have faith in Jesus, just like blind Bartimaeus, cause the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister and give His life a ransom for many. I praise God for this scripture, for as a child, I learned that we must have childlike faith to please God, and that is what Blind Bartimaeus has, and that is why Jesus had mercy on him. I thank God that while Jesus is passing by, we will call out to Him in faith, asking Him to have mercy on us. For His mercy is new every morning, thank God, that great is thy faithfulness.
