A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

#Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the Sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feasts of tabernacles. 2 Chronicles 8:13
The Hebrew word for feasts is Mowed, meaning an appointment, i.e., fixed at a time or season, specifically a festival. And these were the chief of King Solomon's officers, even two hundred and fifty, that bare rule over the people. And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David unto the house that he had built for her: for he said, My wife shall not dwell in the house of King David of Israel, because the places are holy, whereunto the ark of the LORD hath come. Then Solomon offered burnt offerings unto the LORD on the altar of the LORD, which he had built before the porch, And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required: the porters also by their courses at every gate: for so hath David the man of God commanded. And they departed not from the commandment of the King unto the priests and Levites concerning any matter or concerning the treasures. Now all the work of Solomon was prepared unto the day of the foundation of the house of the LORD, and until it was finished. So the house of the LORD was perfected.
This is a picture of the heavenly feasts that will be administered on the earth when the Lord Jesus reigns as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We will praise the Lord, as the marriage feast of the Lord will be celebrated in the kingdom of God. What a blessing this will be for we shall serve as the Levites and celebrate the Lord's Supper to give thanks for Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. Make sure you are dressed in the righteousness of Christ, for these are the required robes for us to wear. Even so, come Lord Jesus.

#And it came to pass, when the sun did arise, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat upon the head of Jonah, that he fainted, and wished in himself to die, Jonah 4:8 Overcoming suicidal ideation
The Hebrew word for 'die' is Muwth, which means to kill, cause to die, or cause to perish. Jonah is suffering from suicidal ideation because of a chemical imbalance in the brain. We must be careful not to become so angry that we lose our perspective and no longer feel the same way. Also, be sure to check your medications, as some of them pose the risk of this as well. So Jonal went out of the city and sat on the east side of the city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow, till he might see what would become of the city. And the LORD God prepared a gourd, and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his head, to deliver him from his grief. So Jonah was exceeding glad of the gourd. But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that it withered.
Overcoming suicidal ideation is difficult, and it looks like Jonah is going to kill himself, but Jehovah God had comforted him with the gourd from the sun, and then caused a worm to eat it to teach Jonah a lesson not to love things more than people. And God said to Jonah, Dost thou well to be angry for the gourd? And he said, I do well to be angry, even unto death. Then said the LORD, Thou pitied the gourd, for the which thou hast not labored, neither madest it to grow; which came up in a night, and perished in a night. And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more than sixscore thousand persons, which is 120,000 people, that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also much cattle? The book of Jonah ends with a question, and we will have to wait until we get to heaven to find out if Jonah overcame his suicidal ideation. Read Psalm 42 when you have this condition, as it is a great comfort to me in overcoming the depression from lack of sleep and the chemical imbalance in the brain. Never go to bed angry, and let not the sun go down on your wrath, but pray to God to take it away, and take your medication regularly.
#For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. 1 Corinthians 7:7 Celibacy is a gift
The Greek word for gift is Charisma, meaning gratuity, i.e., deliverance (from danger or passion), a spiritual endowment, or a miraculous faculty. Celibacy is a gift from God, and Paul has received it and wishes all men had it. The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband, and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body but the wife. Each spouse is to render due benevolence to the other, and not deprive the other of their conjugal rights, except for a season of fasting and prayer. Then come together again so the devil cannot tempt you, for your incontinency. I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I. But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn in lust. And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband. Paul received this epistle from the Lord, and the Holy Spirit inspires it, so do not say this is Paul's opinion, because it is not.
Celibacy is a gift, and thank God if you have it. Marriage is also a gift, so if you do not have the gift of celibacy, then pray to God for a spouse so that you will not burn in lust. Yes, this passage of the Bible is not espoused enough, and many couples struggle over how to date and how to get and stay married. Whoso finds a good wife has favor with God. So pray to God if you cannot keep your hands off your mate to prepare yourself for marriage. Paul tells his wife that she should not abandon her husband, a common practice among many wives who want to leave their marriages. Remember, you are bound unto your husband as long as he lives. So God will judge you if you abandon your husband.
#Always in every prayer of mine for you all, making requests with joy, Philippians 1:4 Pray without ceasing
The Greek word for prayer is Deesis, meaning a petition or supplication. Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons: Grace be unto you and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; Being confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; in as much as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.
Pray without ceasing is the will of God for us in Christ Jesus, as that is what Paul and Timotheus were doing for the saints in Christ Jesus who were at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons. How wonderful it is to know that someone is praying for you, and that certainly is what the Lord Jesus Christ is doing for all of us at the right hand of the Father in heaven. So let your requests be made with thanksgiving in your hearts, for the Lord can make for all who can complete His good work in us until the day of Jesus Christ. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works. It is my prayer that you will run this race that is before you, looking unto Jesus, the author of our faith, who, for the joy set before Him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the Father in heaven interceding for us. So do your best to stand in the defence of the gospel, and continue to pray without ceasing.
#If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us: Psalms 124:2 Thank God for Jesus
The Hebrew word for LORD is Yhovah, for the Self-Existent or Jehovah, the Jewish name of God. (A song of degrees of David) If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say; Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us; Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul: Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.
Thank God for Jesus, the angel of the Lord in the Old Testament, who stood up for Israel, and He now intercedes for us at the right hand of the Father in heaven. Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth. May the Lord be praised, for He alone is worthy of all our praises. Sing unto the Lord a new song, exalt His name in the sanctuary. For God is good, and His mercy endureth forever. Thank God the suspect in the Charlie Kirk's assassination has been caught, and now the wheels of justice may roll. It is time for us as a nation to claim our Christian heritage and honor the Lord who has not given us over to the will of our enemies. We sit alone between three oceans, and the Lord is in our midst, watching over us. Thank God for our founding fathers who said, " One Nation under God with liberty and Justice for all." Truly, God has been good to the United States of America and has allowed us to exist for soon to be 250 years. 911 did not destroy us, and we will never forget the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Thank God for Jesus, our great shepherd of the sheep, who watches over us and keeps us from falling. May we ever praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy. David could say I have been young and old, and not once have I seen the righteous forsaken or his seed begging bread. Truly, the Lord is good unto Israel, the apple of His eye, and we pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
#Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you: 1 Peter 4:4 Be ye holy
The Greek word for riot is Asotia, meaning unsavedness, or profligacy. Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for He that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That He no longer should live the rest of His time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revelings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries. Who shall give account to Him that is ready to judge the living and the dead. For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
Be ye holy, for God is holy. And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Walk in the Spirit and ye will not yield to the lust of the flesh. For we walk in the flesh, but we do not war after the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; 2 Corinthians 10:4 Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, being absent toward you: But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trusts in himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's. So be ye holy, and be at peace with all men, for without holiness no man will see the Lord.
#This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 Timothy 3:1 The days are evil
The Greek word for perilous is Chalepos, meaning difficult, i.e., dangerous and fierce. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents. unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such, turn away.
The days are evil, as we saw the assassination of Mr. Charlie Kirk, and this is such an awful travesty of justice. Just as Paul told the young minister Timothy, these are perilous times. Jesus said Because iniquity shall be unbound, the love of many shall wax cold. This young father and statesman had a great future ahead of him, and he was shot. We pray for his family and that justice will be done, and the one who did this will be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It is time for the political polarization to end, and for us to value life over things. It is high time for us to be our brother's keeper. The days are evil, and we are no longer safe gathering in our churches. I pray that we will sound the alarm to turn to Jesus before the day of His wrath comes. For many shall be in the valley of decision, and it is time to cast off the works of darkness and walk in the light, as Jesus is the Light of the world. For the wrath of God will be revealed against all those who hold the truth in ungodliness. It is time to live by the Sermon on the Mount and to do unto others as we would have them do unto us.
#The moon and stars to rule by night: for His mercy endureth forever. Psalms 136:9 Give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good.
The Hebrew word for mercy is Checed, for kindness, by implication towards God. Piety, favor, loving kindness. Give thanks unto the Lord for He is Good, and His mercy endures forever. The Omega Block is there in the heavens to give some of us warm weather, as we just experienced cool fall-like weather. Thank God for His mercy in sparing us a busy hurricane season, as the moon and the stars rule by night, causing the oceans to roar, and for the blessing of this wonderful weather. To Him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for His mercy endureth forever. To Him that made great lights: for His mercy endureth forever. The sun to rule by day: for His mercy endureth forever. To Him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for His mercy endureth forever. And brought out Israel from among them: for His mercy endureth forever. With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for His mercy endureth forever.
Give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, and His mercy endureth forever. He does not give us what we deserve, but gives grace to the humble, cause His mercy endureth forever. O magnify the Lord with me, cause His mercy endureth forever. Sing unto the Lord, and praise His holy name, for His mercy endureth forever. Lift your voice and sing His praises in the land of the living, for His mercy endureth forever. May we always be thankful and rejoice in the Lord, for the joy of the Lord is our strength. It is my prayer that whatever you are going through, give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, and His mercy endureth forever. For in Him we live, we move, and we have our being. May the Lord bless you with His loving kindness as He shelters us from the storms of life. For He is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last.
#A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 Create in me a clean heart
The Hebrew word for heart is Labe, used very widely for the feelings, the will, and even the intellect. And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. Create in me a clean heart, O God, is the prayer of King David for Israel. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. I will also save you from all your uncleanness: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you. Israel will return to Jehovah God, and He will sanctify them from their stony heart, unto a heart of flesh. Create in me a clean heart, is our prayer, and put the right spirit in us. Thank God the hurricane Season is slow, and we pray we will not have a major one this year. The Lord will be exalted in the heavens.
#Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of the life of thy vanity, which he hath given thee under the sun, all the days of thy vanity, for that is thy portion in this life, and in thy labor which thou takest under the sun. Ecclesiastes 9:9 Live joyfully with thy wife
The Hebrew word for vanity is Habel, meaning transitory, for such are your days under the sun. Also, their love, and their hatred, and their envy, have now perished; neither have they any more a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun. Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works. Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment. Live joyfully with thy wife all your appointed times, for there is no joy in the grave
