Welcome to Ning

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold is as pictures of silver.(Prov.25:11) It is so important to speak the right words to people at the right time to produce the right results. When you think of apples of gold in pictures of silver, then you are thinking of wealth and excellence. When we speak wisdom into the lives of others we are making them wealthy. Therefore we must seek God for He is the source of all wisdom and He will give us just the right words needed at the right time.

  • #Let no man deceive himself. If any man seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise. 1 Corinthians 3:18. Let no man steal your crown.

If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss, but he himself shall be saved, yet so as by fire. Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defileth the temple of God, him God will destroy, for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness and again the Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise that they are vain. Therefore let no man glory in men, for all things are yours. The Greek word for wise is Sophos, meaning skilled.

Let no man steal your crown. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss, but he himself shall be saved. We must all stand before the judgment seat of Christ, and our works will be judged. Everything we do for the glory of God will consist of gold, silver, and precious metals, but anything done in vain glory will consist of wood, hay, and stubble, which will be consumed by the fire. Yet he will suffer loss, but will be saved. Let everything be done to the glory of God.

  • #And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and  high mountain and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, Revelation 21:10. The beautiful city of God

He that overcometh shall inherit all things, and I will be his God, and he shall be my son, but the fearful, and unbelieving and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers and sorcerers idolators, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues and talked with me, saying, come hither I will show thee the Bride, the Lamb's wife. Having the glory of God, and her light was most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal, and had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the twelve gates twelve angels and names written thereon of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel, on the east three gates, and on the North three gates, and on the South three gates, and on the West three gates. The Greek word for spirit is Pneuma, meaning a breath of air.

The beautiful city of God, the apostle John is on the Island of Patmos receiving the vision from the angel who carried him away in the spirit to a great high mountain and showed him the holy Jerusalem. This is where we will spend eternity. Nothing impure will enter that city, and only those whose names are in the Lamb's Book of Life shall enter that city. So repent and turn to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.

  • #LAMED Forever O LORD is thy word settled in heaven. :Psalms 119:89  Trust in the Lord at all times

All thy commandments are faithful. They persecute me wrongly; help thou me. They had almost consumed me upon the earth. But I forsook not thy precepts. Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations. Thou hast established the earth and it abideth. They continue this day according to thy ordinances. For all are thy servants. Unless the law had been my delight, I should then have perished in mine affliction. The Hebrew word for LAMED is Owlam, meaning the vanishing point.

Trust in the Lord at all times. Forever is thy word settled in heaven, and all thy commandments are faithful. Thank you, Lord, for saving me from those who have wrongly persecuted me. With my whole heart I delight in thee, my Lord. I thank thee because thy faithfulness is unto all generations. The heavens are the work of thy hands, and thou hast established the earth, and it abides. Night unto night they continue after thine ordinances, for they are thy servants. Teach me, O Lord, to walk in thy ways, all my days.

Trust in the Lord at all times; for I have hoped in thee. If the Lord had not been on our side, our enemies would have defeated us. I thank thee, O Lord, for teaching thy ways, for thy word have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against thee. Take me to thy house, and I will be satisfied forever. Let the word of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord my redeemer.

  • #Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in Me. John 14:1. Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people

In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself. That where I am, ye may be there also. And whether I go ye know and the way also.  The Greek word for believe is Pisteuo, meaning to have faith, one's spiritual well-being in Christ.

Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people. We begin our lives as children, and we are told to have childlike faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and this is how we prepare our place in heaven. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen. Without faith it is impossible to please God, for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Jesus said I go to prepare a place for you, and it has been 2000 years since Jesus began preparing this place for us in heaven. God created the Earth in six days and rested on the seventh day. Jesus is resting at the right hand of God the Father, interceding for us, and Thomas asks, Lord, we know not the way?  Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man comes unto the Father except by Me

Heaven is a prepared place for a people. We must have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and be baptized into the Body of Christ by the fire of the Holy Spirit. When this is done, we are sealed unto the day of our salvation. When we die, we are absent from the body, and present with the Lord. Then the Lord will come again and receive all unto Himself, in the twinkling of an eye; at the last trumpet sound, the dead in Christ shall arise first, then all those who remain shall be changed in a moment and caught up in the clouds to forever be with the Lord. This is the blessed hope of the Church, and we are the prepared people that heaven is the place we will live forever.

  • #Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God, for I shall yet praise Him, who is the health of my countenance and my God. Psalms 43:5. Mental illness is real, and this Psalm is encouraging to those suffering from it.

For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? Why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? O send out thy light and thy truth; let them lead me and bring me unto thy holy hill and to thy tabernacles. Then will I go unto the altar of God unto God my exceeding joy; yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God. The Hebrew word for hope is Yachal, meaning to wait.

Mental illness is real, and this Psalm is encouraging to those suffering from it. The Psalmist King David says Hope thou in God, for I shall yet praise Him. He used the harp to praise the Lord, and I use the piano to praise the Lord. Musical instruments help to relieve the voices going on in your head. This paranoia can be debilitating, and you need to see a mental health professional to get medication to control the psychosis going on in the brain. Do not try to get by without the medication, for it is just as important as your blood pressure medication in preventing a stroke. This chemical imbalance in the brain has to have the right medication prescribed so that you can control those voices that you are hearing. It took my doctors a long time to get the right medication for me, and the right dosage. I thank the Lord that I am overcoming the paranoia caused by schizophrenia. Pray for women suffering from postpartum depression, because this is real, and getting the right medication and dosage prescribed is paramount. So meditate on Psalms 42 and 43 for encouragement in your battle to overcome mental illness, and do not stop taking your medication, or you will relapse. Wait patiently upon the Lord, and He will sustain you and keep you from all harm.

  • #But my God shall provide all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 Trust in the Lord to meet your needs

For even in Thesonalica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. Not because I desire a gift, but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But I have all and abound. I am full, having received of Apaphroditas the things which were sent from you. An odor of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well pleasing to God. Now unto God our Father be glory forever and ever. Amen. Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you. All the saints salute you, chiefly they which are of Caesar's household. The Greek word for riches is Ploutos, meaning wealth.

Trust in the Lord to meet your needs. It is not a sin to be wealthy, but we must not trust in uncertain riches, for they will take to wings and fly away.  Paul learned the secret of being content, as Apaphroditas provided for his needs. He learned to say  I am abased and abound. Salute every saint in the Lord Jesus Christ and give thanks in all things, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus. May the God of all comfort console you in all things as a sacrifice acceptable, well pleasing to God.

  • # We know that if this earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal; in the heavens. 2 Corinthians 5:1. Thank God for the life and Legacy of Dolly Parton

For in this we groan earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven. If so be that being clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon that mortality might be swallowed up of life. The Greek word for tabernacle is Skenos, meaning a temporary residence.

Thank God for the life and Legacy of Dolly Parton, as she has just changed her temporary residence on earth to be absent from the body and present with the Lord. She truly lived a wonderful life, and her love for all people was manifested in all the charity work that she did. Jesus said that they will know that you are my disciples by the love that you have for one another. We see this manifested in her life for how well she cared for her spouse, who passed away, and gave children's books to millions of kids so they could learn to love to read. All the songs that she sang that resonated with all of us will leave a lasting Legacy. Thank God that when we die, we leave this earthly tent to be clothed with our heavenly house, which is our permanent change of residence. I pray for her family to be comforted by the God of all comfort in her leaving a lifetime of memories and love. May we all look forward to that day when we all get to heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be.

  • # And, looking upon Jesus as He walked, said, Behold the Lamb of God!!! John 1:36: Jesus is the Lamb who takes away our sins.

And I knew Him not, but He that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending and remaining on Him, the same is He which baptizes with the Holy Spirit. And I saw and bare record that this is the Son of God. Again the next day after John stood and the other two disciples, and the two disciples heard Him speak and followed Jesus. Then Jesus turned and saw them following Him, and said unto them, What seek ye? They said unto Him, Rabbi (which is to say, being interpreted, Master), where dwellest thou? He said unto them, Come and see. They came and saw where He dwelt and abode with Him that day, for it was about the tenth hour. The Greek word for Lamb is Amnos, meaning the Lamb of God.

Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world; come to Him for He baptizes with fire. John baptizes with water, but He, the Holy Ghost, baptizes with fire when He comes. Jesus is the Master, and we must come and see the works of the Lord, for He is good and His mercy endures to every generation. It is my prayer that you will accept Him today as your Lord and Savior.

  • #And he answering said, thou shalt Love thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength, and thy neighbor as thyself. Luke 10:27. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets

For I tell you that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see and have not seen them and to hear those things which ye hear and have not heard them. And behold, a certain Lawyer stood up and tempted Him, saying, Master, what must I do to inherit eternal life? And he said unto him, thou hast answered right; this do, and thou shalt live, but he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbor? And Jesus answering said, a certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of all his raiment, and wounded him and departed leaving him half dead. The Greek word for neighbor is Plesion, meaning a close-by friend or Christian.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Jesus is confronted by the Lawyer who asks, " What must I do to inherit eternal life? So Jesus tells him a parable: a certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among thieves, who stripped him of all his raiment, wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. A Priest came by and looked at him but left, and a Levite came by and looked at him but left also; then a good Samaritan came by and bound up his wounds, and took him to the hospital and said Whatever is left, charge it to my account so Jesus asked Which of these three was his neighbor? The Lawyer said, "The Samaritan who bound up his wounds," and Jesus said, "You have rightly answered; go and do likewise."

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. The Samaritans and the Jews did not like each other, yet the Samaritan put aside his differences and helped the Jewish man who fell among thieves. We can learn a lot from this example to solve the race problem that we have today, and set aside our differences and love one another as the Lord has commanded us to do

  • #The elder unto the elect lady and her children whom I love, in the truth, and not I only, but also all they that have known the truth; 2 John 1:1 Speak the truth in love
For the truth's sake which dwelleth in us, and shall be with us forever. Grace be with you, mercy and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. The Son of the Father, in truth and love, I rejoiced greatly that I have found thy children walking in the truth, as we have received a commandment of the Father. The Greek word for truth is Aletheia, meaning verity.

Speak the truth in love. This is the commandment from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, for He said, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man comes unto the Father except by Me. The Apostle John applauds the elder elect lady and her children, whom I love in truth, not I only, but also all they that have known the truth. Jesus said, Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. We must always speak the truth with our neighbors, knowing that God the Father will hold us accountable. What a blessing to know that thy children are walking in the truth, as we have received commandment from the Father.

Speak the truth in love. Now abides faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love. Let us love one another as God has commanded us, and walk in the truth. When we stand in court, let us put our hand on the Bible to tell the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God. It is my prayer that we will always speak the truth in love, and know that the Lord will reward us on the day of judgment. Never lie; speak truth to power, and God will hold you up.
